Last updated: 16 October 2026
1. Basic rule
Use VibeCut only for material you are legally entitled to process. You are responsible for the content you submit and for how you use any output.
2. Content you must not submit or request
You must not use VibeCut to upload, process, generate, transform or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming material, or sexual content involving anyone under 18;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic material, sexual extortion or other intimate material shared or created without the necessary consent;
- content that is unlawful, exploitative, abusive or that facilitates trafficking, coercion or serious violence;
- terrorist content or material that unlawfully promotes, instructs or assists terrorism or violent extremism;
- credible threats, unlawful harassment, doxxing, stalking or serious invasions of privacy;
- malware, malicious code, corrupted payloads or files intended to attack, probe or compromise VibeCut or another system;
- content that infringes copyright, trade marks, publicity/image rights, database rights or other intellectual-property rights;
- fraudulent impersonation, identity abuse or deceptive content intended to cause unlawful harm;
- pornographic or explicit sexual material where VibeCut's safety rules or automated filters prohibit it; or
- any material whose possession, creation, processing or distribution would be illegal for you or VibeCut.
3. Third-party links
If link ingestion is available, you may only submit a link where you have the right and permission to use the material and where doing so is consistent with applicable law and relevant third-party service terms. A publicly viewable video is not automatically free to download, copy or republish.
4. Privacy and consent
Do not upload private or sensitive material about another person unless you have a lawful basis and all permissions required for the intended processing. Do not use VibeCut to create or distribute deceptive intimate, defamatory or privacy-invasive material.
5. Security and anti-abuse rules
You must not attempt to bypass safety scanning, account controls, rate limits, job ownership checks, moderation, file restrictions or security systems; access another user's job/output; reverse-engineer authentication tokens; interfere with the service; or use automated traffic in a way that materially disrupts VibeCut.
6. Enforcement
VibeCut may reject, block, quarantine or delete material; disable access to a job; restrict features; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve limited information where lawfully necessary; and report matters to competent authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law. Safety classifiers assist with enforcement but do not replace human or legal judgment.
7. Reporting prohibited use
Suspected illegal content, security incidents, copyright infringement, privacy violations and other serious abuse may be reported through the Report Abuse page or by emailing:
Do not upload, attach or resend suspected illegal material as evidence.
